​In the place where three different areas of the city collide , a new cultural infrastructure  is proposed for the city of Porto. Its program is based on the 4th stages that, from our point of view, are essential for the creative process : IDEATION, DEBATE, PRODUCTION and COMUNICATION. Each of these concepts correspond to an specific architectural object which are located strategically in the urban tissue so they can act as urban articulators. Housing solutions for residents and visitors are  proposed in between these. As a result , the proposal aims to sew together the city  by respecting its human scale and foster the emergence of collective creativity.
